### 🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer / Digital Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our paid digital campaigns across key platforms.

The ideal candidate has strong e-commerce experience, a deep understanding of customer behavior in Saudi Arabia, and a passion for driving measurable growth.

### 🎯 Key Responsibilities

– Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
– Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
– Snapchat
– TikTok
– Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
– Manage full-funnel performance (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Retention)
– Monitor and improve KPIs:
– ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, AOV
– Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages
– Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
– Collaborate with:
– Creative team (to develop high-performing ads)
– E-commerce team (to optimize offers, landing pages, and CX)
– Manage budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns
– Handle tracking setup and performance monitoring (GA4, Pixel, CAPI)

### 📋 Requirements

– 3–5+ years of experience in media buying or digital marketing
– Strong experience in fashion or e-commerce (preferred)
– Proven track record of scaling campaigns with strong ROAS
– Hands-on experience with Saudi/GCC market
– Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
– Experience with tracking & attribution tools (GA4, Pixel, CAPI)
– Familiarity with platforms like Salla, Shopify, or Magento
– Understanding of CRO & landing page optimization

### ⭐ Nice to Have

– Experience with influencer marketing (especially Snapchat creators)
– Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and performance
