Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients as they arrive, providing a friendly and welcoming environment
Schedule appointments for clients and handle any necessary rescheduling or cancellations
Manage the clinic’s calendar and maintain an organized system for tracking appointments
Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, addressing client queries and concerns
Provide clients with accurate and detailed information about our treatments, services, and pricing
Assist the aesthetician by preparing treatment rooms, ensuring they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
Perform aesthetic treatments like facials, waxing, and body treatments on clients, as needed
Manage product inventory, restocking as necessary and ensuring that products are correctly priced and labelled
Process client transactions, including accepting payments and issuing receipts
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is presentable and welcoming to clients at all times
Uphold the clinic’s standards of exceptional customer service andprofessionalismin all interactions with clients and team members
Requirements
Aesthetician certification or relevant qualifications
Previous experience in the aesthetics industry, ideally within a clinic in London
Proven reception and administrative experience in afast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills
Ability to work effectively in a small team
A genuine passion for the aesthetics industry and a commitment to stayingup-to-datewith the latest advancements
