Our Scranton location has a position open for someone looking to work 10-20 hrs a week which could be temporary or a permanent position with the possibility to increase hours &/or transfer to one of the other 3 locations.
Stylist Responsibilities & Skills
*Current Pa Cosmetology license or Temp license.
*Welcome clients and identify what services need to be performed by asking questions and making recommendation of services.
*Performs services including cutting, coloring, styling, setting, waxing and other salon services with skill and proficiency.
*Ensures tidiness and upkeep of tools to perform services.
*Recommends at home haircare products to support salon services.
*Market self and salon through advertised work by taking pictures of work performed for company use on social media outlets and our website.
*Develop and promote appointment book by re-booking clients and getting referrals.
*Stays current on new trends in cutting, coloring, techniques and skills.
*Excellent communication skills
*Flexible to work in shifts.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $10.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
