**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a talented and motivated Barber and/or Hairstylist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This position is perfect for recent graduates looking to kick-start their career in the hair industry, as well as seasoned stylists looking for a new hair home. Receive training directly from the salon owners who have over 20 years experience in the men’s hair industry.
**Responsibilities:**
– Provide high-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services to clients of all ages and hair types
– Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair cutting, styling, and grooming
– Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and communication skills
**Requirements:**
– Graduation from a reputable barbering or cosmetology school
– Valid barbering or cosmetology license
– Passion for the hair industry and eagerness to learn and grow
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
