Smith’s Men’s Store is seeking a motivated, service-oriented, and fashion-conscious Men’s Style Consultant to join our sales team. This commissioned sales role is ideal for an individual who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and helping clients look and feel their best.
The Men’s Style Consultant serves as a trusted advisor to clients by offering expert guidance on clothing, accessories, custom garments, and wardrobe solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about menswear, driven to achieve sales goals, and committed to delivering a personalized shopping experience that reflects the Smith’s brand.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Experience
- Represent and sell the full portfolio of Smith’s Men’s Store products and services.
- Deliver a personalized, high-touch customer experience for every client.
- Utilize the OneShop Client-telling App to manage, grow, and maintain a personal book of business.
- Proactively build long-term relationships through outreach, appointment setting, follow-up, and client events.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and client development goals.
- Assist clients with ready-to-wear, made-to-measure, custom clothing, footwear, and accessories.
Product Knowledge & Wardrobe Consulting
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of brands, fabrics, garment construction, fit, and current style trends.
- Provide wardrobe recommendations tailored to each client’s lifestyle, profession, and personal style.
- Take accurate measurements and assist clients with custom clothing selections and fittings.
- Stay informed about new product arrivals, seasonal collections, and promotional opportunities.
Operations & Merchandising
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready sales floor and custom clothing area.
- Assist with merchandising, product presentation, and inventory replenishment as needed.
- Accurately process sales transactions and client orders using store systems.
- Participate in store meetings, training sessions, and special events.
Pay: $16.00 – $21.00 per hour
