The Merchandise & Assortment Planner typically manages commercial assortments and OTB across marketplace channels.
What You Will Do
- Manage OTB budgets and assortment plans across digital and marketplace channels.
- Analyze POS data, sell-through rates and inventory positions to drive weekly and seasonal business decisions.
- Lead weekly business reviews with merchant and planning counterparts.
- Build and present assortment plans and performance stories to senior commercial leadership.
- Identify opportunities and risks in current season and make in-season trading recommendations.
What You Bring
- 2+ years experience in merchandise planning, assortment planning or retail buying.
- Strong retail math, OTB management, margin, sell-through and weeks of supply are daily vocabulary.
- Advanced Excel skills; Cognos experience a plus.
- Ability to tell a clear story with data in weekly business review formats.
- Experience working with merchant and planning partners in a matrix environment.
- Ecommerce or direct-to-consumer channel planning experience is a plus.
