- Assist in formulating the buying strategy and attend buying markets every season to select EC full category merchandise. Determining product assortments and ensuring merchandise is purchased at appropriate quantities/sizes to achieve targeted sales projections inclusive of regular buy, special capsule, Mega promotion, etc.
- Work on product life cycle. Build a strong relationship with global merchandising team that fosters development of fashionable, commercially focused and balanced assortment planning, line development. Seasonal forecasting of regular replenishment plan and review of product exit plan.
- Partner with planning team to execute OTB and seasonal business calendar, inventory control and management.
- Work with allocation team to establish pre-season receipt and allocation flow.
- Work cross functionally with Retail buyers, EC channel team to make sure understand business needs, merchandising strategies, channel alignment and differences. Cooperate with Marketing for celebrity campaign and event affairs.
- Closely monitor EC channel performance by implementing necessary report and analysis.
- Master assortment management – create product information in dynamic system, ensure the accuracy of data and provide updates in a timely manner
- Create seasonal merchandising materials for EC channel team
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor report
WORK EXPERIENC
- EBachelor’s degree & abov
- eMinimum 5 years’ merchandising and buying experience in the fashion industry, EC buying experience is a plu
- sEntrepreneurial, proactive, open mind, detail-oriente
- dHigh level of business acumen, strong data analysis and logical thinking skill
- sAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadline
- sFluent in written and spoken English and Chines
- eStrong communication and presentation skill
- sProficient in Excel, and PowerPoin
