To ensure that the retail store is stocked with the right product range. Your primary responsibility will resolve around stock replenishment, managing inventory stock transfers, and maintaining the optimal stock level in the store. Please make sure that the store carries a new, fast-selling product range and discounted items.

Salary: Dhs. 3,000 to 3,500/-

Location: Sharjah and Dubai.

Roles & Responsibility

Replenishment – Identify newly arrived items, best-selling products, and discounted items. Analyse data from system-generated reports and create a stock transfer based on these criteria.

Management – Maintain optimized stock level across stores based on capacity and size. Work closely with the Store Manager, monitor and analyze stock turnover and sales data to make informed decisions regarding stock transfer. Ensure that the store carries a complete furniture collection based on store capacity and displays are completed and not missing essential places.

Transfer Request – Initiate and post-transfer requests once the goods have been received in the store. Work closely with the Back store team and ensure that all necessary documentation and data are accurately recorded in the system.

Stock Quality Control – Ensure that transferred goods are received in excellent condition and meet quality standards. Report any issues or discrepancies promptly to the Store Manager and Inventory team.

Stock Rotation – work closely with the Store Manager and Visual Merchandising team to implement efficient stock rotation practices for items with low sale performance.

Stock Inventory – needs to check Negative items and adjust in the system, find sale history, and coordinate with Inventory Controller.

Knowledge, Skill and competencies required:

experience in retail merchandising, inventory management, or a related field.

analytical and problem-solving skills.

communication and interpersonal abilities.

in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.

and able to work effectively under pressure.
