Role Description
The Merchandise Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Colombo. Responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating merchandise displays, and ensuring the timely delivery of products to retailers and customers. This role involves close collaboration with the sales and customer service teams to maintain an excellent customer experience. Key tasks also include monitoring stock levels, assisting with wholesale operations, and supporting the sales strategy to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent Communication
- Understanding of operations and supply chain processes
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
- Proficiency in inventory management systems or related tools is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Experience in retail or fashion industry is preferred but not mandatory
