The Opportunity
We're looking for an organized, detail-driven Merchandising Coordinator to take ownership of our product catalog from setup to publish. You'll ensure every product we carry is accurately represented online — with complete data, clean imagery, and competitive pricing — while collaborating across buying, marketing, and technology teams to support fast, flawless product launches.

This position reports directly to the Merchandising Manager.
What Success Looks Like
• Products launch on time, fully built out with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes.
• The catalog is clean, consistent, and trustworthy — across both internal systems and the customer-facing site.
• Issues are caught and resolved proactively, and your reporting directly informs smarter buying and merchandising decisions.
What You'll Do
• Build and publish new product listings — descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes — in our PIM system
• Use Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables) to analyze product and sales data in support of buying decisions
• Conduct daily site audits to identify and resolve errors before they reach customers
• Collaborate with buying, marketing, and tech teams to deliver accurate, on-time product launches
• Maintain data integrity across our PIM and ERP systems on an ongoing basis
• Lead and contribute to merchandising projects focused on catalog quality and operational efficiency
What You Bring
Excel Proficiency (Required)
• VLOOKUP – cross-referencing and matching product data across large datasets
• XLOOKUP – advanced, flexible lookups for complex data scenarios
• Pivot Tables – summarizing and reporting on product performance and sales trends
PIM System Experience (Preferred)
• Experience entering and managing product data — UPCs, descriptions, attributes, pricing, and images — in a PIM system is a strong plus. We're happy to train the right candidate.
