Role overview
As the Director of Merchandising at ThreadBeast, you will helm the comprehensive merchandising spectrum, encompassing product development, procurement, strategic planning, pricing, and digital merchandising initiatives. This pivotal leadership position demands a unique fusion of creative flair and analytical rigor, tasked with steering our merchandising strategies to resonate with ThreadBeast’s ambitious objectives. Positioned directly under the CEO, you will spearhead the merchandising team’s efforts, fostering synergies with the marketing, supply chain, and e-commerce divisions to devise and execute integrated merchandising blueprints.
