Your main tasks will be as follows:
Develop assortments for US & EU Retail based on strategies and financial plans.
Partner with Retail Directors and Store Managers to incorporate their needs in the buying process.
Support Asia retail in developing assortments based on business analysis.
Create seasonal merchandising strategies and prioritize tasks to increase full price sell-through.
Oversee seasonal merchandising and distribution strategies globally.
Build seasonal OTB (Open-to-Buy) plans at total, store, and class plan levels.
Create and distribute monthly selling reports by market.
Analyze and manage inventory levels and content across regions and channels to maximize opportunities and minimize liabilities.

Well-founded commercial and sales background with experience in product management and buying in the fashion luxury segment.
