Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Manager Merchandising role based in Vietnam. The Manager Merchandising will lead the merchandising function for assigned product categories or customer accounts, overseeing end-to-end processes from product development to bulk production and delivery. Responsibilities include managing customer communication, coordinating samples and approvals, monitoring orders, and ensuring on-time delivery in line with cost, quality, and compliance standards. The role will work closely with design, production, sourcing, quality, and logistics teams to align forecasts, capacity, and timelines. The Manager Merchandising will analyze sales and order data, identify opportunities for improvement, support pricing and negotiation, and contribute to continuous enhancement of merchandising processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

  • Strong merchandising and product management skills, including experience in apparel categories such as lifestyle wear, sportswear, denim, intimate, sweaters, or fabrics.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management, communication, and coordination with global brand partners and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in production planning, order follow-up, and workflow management to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.
  • Ability to analyze data and performance metrics, prepare reports, and support decision-making related to pricing, capacity, and product mix.
  • Relevant experience in apparel manufacturing or fashion industry, preferably in a similar managerial merchandising role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Textile and Clothing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Good command of English; additional language skills relevant to the region are an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to mentor team members and collaborate across departments.
