The Merchandise Manager develops and implements merchandising strategies to maximize the sales of the assigned brand. Working alongside Brand Associates, he/she is also responsible for maintaining the reputation of the assigned brand through execution of brand directions and standards.
Job Role
Inventory Management of Local Apparel / Fashion items and ensure optimal stock levels
Conduct international buying, negotiate with suppliers on pricings, and manage product costings
Coordinate with the Marketing Team in monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitor’s activities
Monitor sales performance and improve current strategies
Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
Job Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in the field of RETAIL / FASHION INDUSTRY (Clothing, Accessories, Shoes, Bags, etc.)
Has prior experience in Inventory Management and Merchandising using MS Excel
Has the ability to develop merchandising strategies and communicate recommendations
Has strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
Outstanding communication skills
Salary: From Php 45,000.00 per month
