Job Responsibilities:
Buying Plan:
- In charge of Seasonal OTB, collaboration with Merch to make reasonable proposal
- Order tracking, support buying review, find opportunity in buying and provide feedback
- Support seasonal reorder
Stock Management:
- Regular reports to reflect real time trend and analyze assigned métier’s performance
- Deep understand owned métier, provide qualitative insights
- Rolling forecast on métier sales, stock, and delivery to take necessary actions to achieve financial targets
- In charge of permanent item safety stock setting, monitor order generation, replenishment quality, and identify efficient assortment
- Responsible for stock replenishment & inventory agility according to business needs
Supply Chain Management:
- Work with global Central Supply team on tracking & monitor delivery
- Involved in internal supply chain projects and other ad hoc projects up on the needs of internal dep and /or Paris team
- Collaboration with mutual departments, such as Merch, Regional planning, Logistic, IT, Retail teams, Paris Retail Merch Team etc.
Projects Management & Others:
- Seek for opportunity to develop new tools to enhance work efficiency
- Act as pioneer for global/local launching systems/projects
Candidate profile
- Bachelor’ degree
- Excellent Excel skills and other MS Office tools
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with a substantiate experience in Merchandise Planning
- Rigorous with good analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt fast, work independently & autonomously, organized & pro-active
- Good communication skills and a good & reliable team player
