Job DescriptionThe Merchandise Planner – International, supports the International Planning team with accurate visibility and direction on inventory across all warehouses to achieve multiple channel sales plans and maintain targeted ST% and inventory turns. This role will execute the Sales Order process and deployment of inventory across multiple global warehouses and platforms for the Vuori International business.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Execute the International inventory and allocation strategy across multiple platforms, regions and warehouses.
Manage the end-to-end communication and partner with logistics on all International SO’s across multiple channels.
Partner with International Planning team to Integrate and build out the Capacity Planning and New Store Opening Process for our Global DTC Retail expansion.
Ownership of inventory inbound analysis. Communicate and partner with Planning, Merchandise and Wholesale Operations to ensure we are taking productive action on foreseeable areas of concern.
Partner with the Merchandise Planner and Merchandiser to communicate the prioritization of inventory allocation.
Partner with Planning team to review and analyze weekly store performance, sales, and inventory productivity/availability to ensure we are actioning necessary adjustments with future deployment and managing our WOS targets.
Work with Logistics and our Global 3PL partners to resolve external constraints that impact inventory flow to distribution center and stores.
Analysis of size integrity across multiple global regions, update and provide shifts to ensure we keep our size integrity efficient within that county of origin.
Manager International Wholesale order fulfillment through consolidated inventory pools.
Maintain and control the stock movement and process of International Promotional inventory used for key marketing events.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or operations.
4-6 years of retail planning, inventory management, financial planning and / or production planning experience.
Excellent technical skills in Microsoft Excel and/or related planning, finance or analytical systems.
Great business influence skills. Role is highly influential and requires input from various teams to be successful.
Proven ability to meet deadlines, grow performance capabilities, and handle shifting priorities – able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Able to identify and influence critical stakeholders, proactively problem solve, and recommend solutions.
Preferred experience in retail store expansion and growth across multiple global regions.
Extremely strong communication and presentation skills: concisely presents complex information and recommendations in terms meaningful to a variety of audiences.
