Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Merchandise Planning Senior Supervisor to join our Import Brands team. This role is responsible for developing and managing merchandise financial plans, OTB, and sales forecasting to support commercial goals. The ideal candidate will be skilled in data analysis and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment. Brand assignments may vary based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain merchandise financial plans and OTB (Open-To-Buy) strategies.
Monitor and analyze sales, inventory levels, and sell-through performance to optimize stock allocation and replenishment.
Collaborate with buyers and cross-functional teams to support seasonal planning, product assortment, and inventory optimization.
Conduct commercial analysis to identify opportunities and risks, providing actionable recommendations.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review.
Stay updated with market trends and consumer behavior to support strategic decision-making.
Retail or fashion industry experience is an advantage.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and Planning expertise
Experience in Production Planning and Supply Chain Management
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to work on-site in Bangkok
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Prior experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
