Role Overview and Responsibilities
Stock Consolidation: Complete ownership to have right stock in right time and in right place.
Stock Replenishment: Complete ownership to monitor the Sales & Stock performance and ensure timely Replenishment to achieve Sales Targets.
Placing Replenishment Order: Ensure to place timely orders considering the lead time (from order placement to stock arriving in stores) and to avoid NOOS situation.
Range Architecture: Develop and maintain an optimal product range framework aligned with brand identity, customer profile, and business strategy.
Range Planning: Plan seasonal and annual ranges in partnership with Buying and Design teams, ensuring a balance of core, fashion, and statement pieces.
Assortment Planning: Build and manage localized assortment plans by channel, store format, and region to optimize sales and inventory performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales, stock, and market trends to identify opportunities, recommend actions, and drive range efficiency.
Product Lifecycle Management: Monitor product performance, propose mark-down strategies, and support end-of-season clearance planning.
Collaboration: Partner closely with Buying, Planning, Retail, and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
Required Experience, Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
5+ years of experience in merchandising, ideally in the luxury or fashion retail industry.
Strong expertise in range architecture, range planning, and assortment planning.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel – ability to manipulate large datasets, use advanced formulas, pivot tables, and create detailed reports.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with a commercial mindset.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
