POSITION SUMMARY
머천다이징 팀에서 신발 또는 의류를 담당할 라이프스타일 및 퍼포먼스 카테고리의 머천다이저 주니어부터 시니어 레벨까지 채용 중입니다. 카테고리 경험과 경력 수준에 따른 업무 세부 내용은 면접을 통해 별도 안내 드릴 예정입니다.

1) 신발
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Define and drive end-to-end merchandising strategy for either (Performance Footwear or lifestyle) from line architecture and pricing to lifecycle management
- Own seasonal line planning from range adoption through price architecture, SKU optimization, and post-launch evaluation
- Create and maintain Visual Line Plans across all major GTM gates, ensuring alignment with global BU direction and local market needs
- Develop demand forecasts in collaboration with Planning and Supply Chain to optimize inventory health and sell-through
Consumer & Channel Strategy
- [Lifestyle only] Build differentiated, consumer-right assortments for sneaker collectors, fashion-forward consumers, and everyday wearers
- [Performance only] Build tailored assortments for different runner profiles (beginner, intermediate, advanced) based on consumer insights and performance needs
- Design channel-specific strategies for DTC, e-commerce, and key wholesale partners—balancing brand heat with commercial return
- Lead account-specific range planning and Special Make-Up (SMU) brief creation for Asia Creation Center (ACC)
Franchise & Product Lifecycle Management
- Oversee franchise lifecycles ensuring SKU productivity, margin optimization, and price integrity
- Coordinate sample management, timeline tracking, and launch readiness for franchises and local collaborations
- Manage carryover efficiency and product transition strategies to maximize profitability
Market Intelligence & Storytelling
- Package consumer insights, trend analysis, and market intelligence into actionable briefs for Design, Marketing, and Sales teams
- Translate global and local cultural moments into product stories that resonate with Korean consumers
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify whitespace opportunities and sharpen positioning
Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Track and analyze post-launch KPIs including sell-in, sell-through, margin, and inventory productivity by channel and SKU
- Lead seasonal business reviews with cross-functional teams to inform future assortment decisions
- Measure and report on brand equity metrics alongside commercial performance
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Global HQ, APAC Regional, and Local teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, Planning, and Finance
- Present category strategies and GTM plans to internal stakeholders and key retail partners
- Drive alignment on forecast, inventory plans, and campaign execution across all touchpoints
2) 의류
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Merchandise Planning & Strategy
- Own the end-to-end merchandise planning process for the Apparel & Accessories (APP & ACC) categories in the Korean market.
- Own seasonal buy planning and range selection processes in alignment with the APAC GTM calendar and regional assortment strategy.
- Work closely with the regional team to align product strategies and seasonal direction.
- Identify local market opportunities and propose merchandising solutions to optimize brand performance.
- Focus on PLM and market strategy to collaborate with Retail Planning team to enable effective buying and allocation.
Consumer & Channel Strategy
- Build tailored assortments for different runner profiles (beginner, intermediate, advanced) based on consumer insights and performance needs
- Design channel-specific strategies for DTC, Wholesale, Sports Category Specially and E-Commerce
- Lead account-specific assortment planning and SMU brief creation for performance retail partners
Product Lifecycle Management
- Oversee product lifecycles ensuring SKU productivity, margin optimization, and price integrity
- Coordinate sample management, timeline tracking, and launch readiness for franchises and local collaborations
- Manage SKU optimization, pricing integrity, and margin performance across the portfolio
Consumer & Market Insight
- Monitor consumer behavior, fashion trends, and market dynamics to develop relevant and competitive product assortments.
- Gather and share insights on competitor activity and market shifts to influence local strategies.
- Actively contributes consumer and market feedback to regional teams to support brand and
- commercial decisions.
Merchandising Operations
- Coordinate with Footwear Merchandising and other categories to ensure cohesive product storytelling and assortment synergy.
- Manage SKU data, pricing structures, and margin analysis in line with corporate systems and standards.
- Organize and lead product review sessions, sample management, and internal WIP (work-in progress) meetings.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Global HQ, APAC Regional, and Local teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, Planning, and Finance
- Present category strategies and GTM plans to internal stakeholders and key retail partners
- Drive alignment on forecast, inventory plans, and campaign execution across all touchpoints
