Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Fashion Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of fashion trends, product development, and coordination with production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product development from concept to final production
- Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and manufacturers
- Monitor sampling, costing, and timelines
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production
- Analyse market trends and customer preferences
- Handle order follow-ups and delivery schedules
- Handle B2B clients and communicate with them effectively
- Create tech packs for brand shoots and product development
- Maintain and manage ready stock data and inventory records
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in fashion merchandising
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and merchandising tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or related field
