The Merchant, Global Men’s Bottoms is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution for assigned global product categories. You will report to and partner with the Senior Merchandising Lead/ Global Merchant, Global Men’s Bottoms and will be responsible for driving the global product strategy, assortment architecture, and seasonal line plans for a designated apparel category. This role blends consumer insights, market trends, and financial acumen to deliver compelling, brand-right assortments that meet customer needs across clusters. The Global Merchant partners cross-functionally with Design, Product Development, Planning, Marketing, and Cluster Merchandising teams to ensure cohesive execution and commercial success.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Merchandising & Line Planning
- Develop, own and present the global merchandising strategy for the assigned apparel category, aligned with brand vision and financial goals.
- Lead seasonal line planning, ensuring a balanced assortment across fits, styles, price points, as well as cluster needs.
- Analyze historical performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Partner with Design to influence product development with a consumer-first mindset.
- Be a hands-on team member and work on the systems and processes efficiently and effectively ensuring data integrity.
Consumer & Market Insights
- Collaborate with cluster teams to understand local market dynamics and incorporate feedback into global assortments.
- Monitor industry shifts and emerging trends to keep the product relevant and innovative.
- Prepare and present key findings in the monthly and quarterly business review meetings and update Design and Product Development partners on product sales.

Experience/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred
- 5+ years direct merchandising experience working at an apparel manufacturer, retailer or marketer (this aligns with the recent post for the “Merchant, Global Men’s Bottoms” job opening on our team and feels more adequate for the projected ownership the T3 Merchant will hold on the Team)
