Core Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage daily office operations including document filing, meeting minutes, travel arrangements, office supply procurement, and internal purchase request approvals.
- Facilitate smooth coordination between departments such as design, production, logistics, and quality assurance.
2. Order Lifecycle Management
- Process and verify customer orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications, delivery dates, and payment terms using ERP systems.
- Track production schedules, resolve conflicts in capacity planning, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage outbound logistics (booking, customs clearance, shipping documentation) and handle after-sales coordination for irregular orders.
3. Warehouse & Sample Coordination
- Communicate with the warehouse regarding inbound/outbound shipments, and track on-hand inventory against yield calculations.
- Coordinate material and trim usage with the cutting and packing departments.
- Assist in sample development progress and ensure timely sample delivery and quality control.
4. Client & Vendor Relations
- Maintain up-to-date records for clients and suppliers, including contract terms and credit evaluations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism to ensure high satisfaction.
- Support sourcing, negotiation, and evaluation of suppliers.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Generate and analyze reports on sales, inventory levels, and competitor insights.
- Provide data-backed recommendations for product development and marketing campaigns.
6. Sustainability & Compliance
- Ensure suppliers meet environmental compliance standards (e.g., use of organic fabrics, reduced carbon footprint).
- Adhere to confidentiality agreements and comply with U.S. labor regulations (such as FLSA).
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, International Trade, Apparel Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with garment production processes, fabric knowledge, and international trade terms (e.g., FOB, CIF).
Language Requirements
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills for professional emails and documentation.
- Additional language skills in Mandarin Chinese or Spanish are a strong plus.

- Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements
- TY will offer the opportunity to China for 3–5 months for initial training.
