Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM or 9:30 AM–5:30 PM
Hybrid Working: 1 day WFH (with manager approval)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and commercially-minded Merchandiser / Global Sourcing Executive to join our growing team in London. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in global production, sourcing, and supply chain management within the fashion or consumer goods sector.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver global sourcing services to international brands and customers.
Develop and implement merchandising strategies to reduce costs, enhance sustainability, and diversify product categories.
Monitor and interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to forecast demand.
Manage the end-to-end sourcing process with factories in China, Bangladesh, and India — including sampling, price negotiations, order placement, and production follow-ups.
Oversee product development and coordinate order delivery in partnership with vendors and buyers.
Track all sample and production milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
Ensure quality control and inspection processes are effectively executed.
Liaise with shipping/logistics teams to manage global deliveries.
Requirements
Degree-educated with 3–4 years’ experience in merchandising, sourcing, or sales administration (preferably within the fashion industry).
Strong experience with offshore production, especially in China, Bangladesh, or India.
Highly organized, independent, and able to prioritize under pressure.
Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
Flexible and adaptable with the ambition to grow within the role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the full MS Office suite.
