Job Description / Responsibility

We are expanding our Development Merchandising team and inviting applications from both experienced professionals and fresh graduates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage woven garment product development from sampling to order confirmation
- Communicate with buyers regarding development progress, costing, and technical requirements
- Follow up proto, fit, and approval samples ensuring timeline compliance
- Coordinate with design, sourcing, sample room, and production teams
- Prepare costing and feasibility analysis
- Monitor development calendar and ensure on-time execution
Educational Requirements
- B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing / Fashion Design / Industrial & Production Engineering or relevant discipline
- Skills Required: Merchandising, Product Development
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Garments,Buying House
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Basic to strong knowledge of woven garment construction and development process
- Understanding of fabrics, trims, washing, and finishing preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment
