Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandising Assistant at Blibli.com located in Bandar Lampung. The Merchandising assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to merchandising, inventory management, vendor management, pricing, and promotions. The Merchandising assistant will work closely with the merchandising team and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and maximize sales performance.

Analytical Skills and Sales skills
Experience in retail or e-commerce industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
