Role Description The Merchandising Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Huntersville, NC. This role supports the merchandising team with day-to-day tasks such as maintaining product displays, organizing inventory on the sales floor and backroom, and ensuring merchandise is aligned with brand standards and seasonal strategies. The Merchandising Assistant helps prepare floorsets, executes markdowns and signage changes, and monitors stock levels to support sales and customer demand. The role collaborates closely with store leadership and sales associates to optimize product placement, respond to customer feedback, and contribute to a visually appealing, customer-friendly environment. This position also assists with basic sales activities as needed to create a seamless shopping experience.

- Clear and professional communication skills for coordinating with store leadership and conveying merchandising updates.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret sales trends, inventory levels, and customer feedback when supporting merchandising decisions.
- Basic sales skills and comfort working in a retail environment focused on achieving store performance goals.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing inventory, signage, and product placement according to brand standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Huntersville, NC, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand, move merchandise, and perform physical tasks on the sales floor throughout the shift.
- Previous retail or merchandising experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and grow within the brand is highly valued.
