Hybrid | Atlanta-Based | $24–28/hour | ~20 hours/week with potential to grow to full-time
Wisteria is a home furnishings brand celebrated for globally inspired designs and timeless pieces. We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Merchandising Coordinator to support our merchandising and product development efforts. This role is ideal for someone who loves interiors and enjoys helping bring curated product stories to life.
What You’ll Do
• Product Discovery & Research – Support sourcing and trend research to shape future assortments
• Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels and backorder messaging to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Sales Forecasting & KPI Analysis – Assist with forecasting and analyzing sales data to maintain margin and retail goals
• Vendor Communication – Liaise with artisans and suppliers to manage product development and purchase orders
• Visual Merchandising – Help create compelling online product listings that reflect Wisteria’s brand aesthetic
• Admin & Operations Support – Enter item data, generate POs, and compile sales reports
• Customer Service Collaboration – Occasionally assist in product-related inquiries
What You Bring
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Clear and confident communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Shopify or NetSuite is a plus
• 3–5 years of experience in merchandising, buying, or retail—home or lifestyle categories preferred
