Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as a Merchandising Coordinator. This role is responsible for accurately managing purchase orders for both e-commerce and retail stores, maintaining product data and system records, and supporting efficient inventory and stock movement. The ideal candidate combines strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. They thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, can work independently or collaboratively, and are motivated to deliver accurate, timely, and results-driven outcomes that support the buying and planning teams.

  • Administration experience is an advantage
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (desirable)
  • Intermediate-level experience

Key Responsibilities

Purchase Order Management

  • Accurately process purchase orders for E-Commerce and Stores
  • Ensure all order adjustments and updates are completed accurately
  • Ensure packing lists are received from vendors before shipment and update purchase orders accordingly
  • Close orders promptly once delivered

Product Data & System Management

  • Maintain style sizing data and run reports for analysis
  • Communicate sizing insights to Buying and QA teams
  • Set up and maintain Fabric Content Tables
  • Maintain Color Codes, Swing Tag and Label Codes
  • Set up Master Story Board Collections
  • Maintain and update Model Styles
  • Update store attributes as required
  • Maintain styles in draft mode
  • Ensure overseas vendor templates align with local standards

Inventory & Stock Movement

  • Transfer stock effectively from E-Commerce to stores as requested by Planners
