Role Overview: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Merchandising Coordinator to support cross-functional teams with reporting, analysis, and day-to-day merchandising operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys working with data to drive insights.
Merchandising Coordinator Responsibilities
- Provide ad hoc project support, including competitive analysis decks, pricing analysis, and SKU analysis
- Support market activities through reporting, recapping, inventory tracking, and sizing analysis
- Assist with weekly sales recaps and pull ad hoc reports as needed
- Contribute to performance analysis, including preparing notes and actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely data reporting
Merchandising Coordinator Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Excel (calculation formulas, pivot tables, data aggregation)
- Proficiency in Outlook and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of retail math
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
