Hourly Pay: $20/hour, 40 hours/week
Full-time, hybrid schedule: 3 days in office required
Core Internship Concepts:
Support the Merchandising team in identifying product content gaps and making required updates to item selling points and descriptions.
Identify item upsell opportunities and premium relationships and implement suggestions via Essendant’s search platform.
Attend meetings/trainings related to Merchandising and product Marketing.
Communicate findings and project status clearly and professionally through presentations and written/verbal communication
Work with specific Suppliers and our Content team to enhance website content – review of on-line assortment reviewing images / content for relevancy
Assist with reporting (pulling reports and being able to speak to the data you pull)
Other Merchandising tasks as assigned.

Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels in the organization
Works well in a team environment and one-on-one
Strong analytical skills, systemic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Strong desire to learn, not afraid to ask questions, and is a self-starter
Creative thinking
Ability to stay level-headed in a fast-paced environment
Education:
Entering junior or senior year studies in the fall of 2025
