Your Impact

Within the Merchandising team, the Merchandising Intern is responsible for supporting the image and in-store visibility of the Maison across the Benelux market.

This role is crucial for ensuring that all visual merchandising guidelines are strictly followed and flawlessly executed in order to create outstanding and consistent brand visibility across all points of sale. The intern actively supports the Merchandising Manager Benelux and contributes to the successful implementation of launches, activations, and in-store updates.

The holder of this position will work closely with the Merchandising Manager Benelux, Trade & Merchandising Benelux team, field teams, suppliers, and points of sale.

Job responsibilities

Day-to-Day Missions

  • Assist in the creation and adaptation of local merchandising creative briefs (visual updates, planograms, guidelines).
  • Support the coordination and execution of local merchandising initiatives such as podiums, pop-ups, and in-store activations.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to manage and follow up on maintenance and production requests.
  • Prepare bi-monthly merchandising guidelines and communication files for the field teams.
  • Coordinate the communication and implementation of new merchandising planograms across all points of sale.
  • Support the local production process and coordinate shipments related to merchandising materials.
  • Assist in the merchandising execution of new product launches and seasonal updates.

Profile

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • You must remain enrolled in your academic program for the full duration of the internship.

Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.

Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles.

Knowledge of Parfums Christian Dior and its product universe.
