Full Job Description
As a Merchandising Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for tracking and managing merchandising operations, data and sample management as well as presenting information to various departments.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS
Maintain the style set up in the various systems
Manage, order and track special project product/samples
Providing order detail information as needed
Managing VLS requests to ensure an accurate representation of all product selects
Assist with timeline reminders to support cross-functional teams to meet deadlines for sample season and mass season style setup
Manage communication of A/D/C’s to production team

Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Analytical/Problem Solver
Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and a self-starter
Strong communication skills- verbally and written
High attention to detail and excellent follow through
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment
Computer proficiency; Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), PLM (Product Life Management) system.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 4+ years’ experience in the Apparel Industry
The pay range for this position is $33-$36/
