Merchandising (Full Price / Outlet) – Talent Pipeline
We are particularly keen to connect with experienced Merchandising professionals who can drive the strategic development and performance of our Full Price and Outlet business.
Key focus areas:
- Defining product and assortment strategy aligned with business objectives
- Owning OTB planning, pricing architecture, and margin optimization
- Driving seasonal performance through strategic buying and in-season trading
- Leading cross-functional alignment with Retail, Finance, and Global teams
- Translating market insights and data into actionable business strategies
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen sell-through, inventory efficiency, and profitability
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have strong experience in merchandising within fashion or luxury retail
- Demonstrate ownership of business performance, not only planning execution
- Are highly analytical and commercially driven, with strong decision-making capability
- Can influence stakeholders and drive alignment across functions
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Have a strong sensitivity to product, brand positioning, and market trends
