About the Role

This role is at the heart of how our brand comes to life in-store. You’ll shape the way customers experience each collection—through elevated displays, intentional layouts, and a constant sense of newness. What You’ll Do
Create the Ambiance Experience
- Style and refresh mannequins weekly to highlight new arrivals, trunk shows, and key pieces
- Continuously update tables, racks, and displays to bring fresh energy to the floor
- Design layouts that feel elevated, intentional, and easy to shop
Tell a Visual Story
- Execute merchandising that reflects our brand aesthetic—feminine, modern, and effortlessly styled
- Partner with marketing to bring campaigns to life in-store
- Curate looks and assist with photoshoots, ensuring visual consistency across all channels
Own the Details
- Maintain beautifully organized, clean, and polished displays at all times
- Ensure product placement is thoughtful, strategic, and aligned with sales goals
- Keep a close pulse on inventory—supporting flow, accuracy, and sell-through
Work Across Both Stores
- Follow a consistent merchandising rhythm:
- Monday & Friday: San Luis Obispo
- Tuesday: Paso Robles
- Support one sales floor shift weekly to stay connected to the customer experience
- Collaborate closely with store leaders to align on priorities and timing
Support the Team
- Help guide the team in maintaining visual standards and product knowledge
- Participate in weekly check-ins around merchandising, inventory, and upcoming launches
- Contribute ideas and feedback to keep our stores evolving and inspiring
Who You Are
- You have a natural eye for styling, balance, and detail
- You’re highly organized and thrive managing multiple projects at once
- You understand how visual merchandising drives sales and customer experience
- You’re collaborative, communicative, and take initiative
- You’re passionate about fashion, retail, and creating beautiful spaces
What You Bring
- Experience in visual merchandising, styling, or retail presentation
- Understanding of inventory flow, retail math, and product performance
- Strong sense of brand aesthetic and visual storytelling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving retail environment

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
