We are seeking a skilled and passionate beauty professional to join our team at Salon Link and Color Bar. As a key member you will be taking care of walk in and call in clients we are a fully staffed in the Kevin Murphy color and products I can help you understand these products if you have never used them before. These products are excellent and I believe you will love them and us as well, We are across from Chick Fil A in mustang . We are a friendly work place that loves our job and our families. We just want to work with good people like we are. We need to hire a barber and a colorist for men and women. I am asking you to work at least 25 to 35 hrs a week if you can. As a key member of our salon, you will provide exceptional services to our clients, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and promote a positive and welcoming environment. Duties:
– Provide a variety of beauty services, including makeup applications and nail care, to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
– Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, adhering to strict sanitation and hygiene standards.
– Utilize salon software to manage client appointments, maintain accurate records, and provide personalized service.
– Develop strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and personalized consultations.
– Offer expert advice and recommendations to enhance the client’s beauty experience, including upselling and retail sales opportunities.
– Mentor and train junior staff members to ensure the continued growth and development of our team.
– Continuously update your skills and knowledge to stay current with the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry.
Requirements:
– Current cosmetology license.
– Experience in makeup application, nail care, and customer service.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
– Proficiency in salon software and retail sales.
– A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing education and training.
– A positive attitude and a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
