Duties
Perform a variety of beauty services including haircuts, color treatments, and styling.
Administer dermal fillers and esthetic laser treatments as required.
Provide professional makeup application services for special occasions.
Offer eyelash extensions and dermabrasion treatments to enhance client appearance.
Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Engage in retail sales of beauty products, providing recommendations based on client needs.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their concerns.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification.
Proficiency in various beauty techniques including hair styling, makeup application, and skin treatments.
Experience with dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatment, eyelash extensions, and dermabrasion is preferred.
Familiarity with salon software systems such as MINDBODY is advantageous.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Retail sales experience is a plus, enhancing the overall client experience through product recommendations.
