Key Responsibilities:
* Perform a range of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, nail art, and other nail enhancements.
* Provide professional advice on nail care, nail health, and suitable products.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with salon protocols.
* Keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques in nail services.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and
customer satisfaction

* Provide high-
quality customer service
by addressing client needs and resolving any concerns.
* Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences.
* Promote retail products and services to clients to enhance the overall nail care experience.
* Assist with the organization of the nail therapy area, including maintaining stock levels and cleanliness.
* Follow health and safety procedures and comply with salon policies.
Skills and
Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Nail Technology or Beauty Therapy.
* Proven experience as a Nail Therapist/technician, with a portfolio of previous work.
* Knowledge of manicure, pedicure, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art techniques.
* Excellent customer service and
communication skills

* Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
