Key Responsibilities
- Acrylic nail extensions and infills.
- BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) applications and maintenance.
- Builder Gel extensions and overlays.
- Gel polish / Shellac applications.
- Nail art and bespoke nail designs.
- Manicures and luxury manicure treatments.
- Pedicures and luxury pedicure treatments.
- Nail preparation, shaping and cuticle work.
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and salon cleanliness standards.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and client care.
- Recommending suitable treatments and aftercare products.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Nail Services (or equivalent recognised qualification).
- Proven experience performing Acrylic, BIAB and Builder Gel treatments.
- Competent in manicure and pedicure services.
- Strong nail art skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual and team-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Nail Technology (preferred).
- Previous experience working within a luxury salon environment.
- Additional beauty qualifications would be advantageous.
