Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet all guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Provide full nail services, including manicures, pedicures, polish changes and nail trims.
- Offer non-toxic gel, hard gel, and extensions (no SNS or acrylics).
- Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner.
- Prepare and clean station between appointments.
- Maintain best-in‑class safety standards and sterilize equipment before and after each client.
- Inform clients about additional services and offers (e.g., loyalty discounts, eyebrow waxing).
- Offer nail care treatment tips (e.g., how to strengthen nails and how to make manicures last longer).
- Build rapport with guests.
- Creativity is encouraged – we love to see great nail art!
Qualifications
- Licensed and Certified in required fields – Manicurist, Cosmetologist, or Esthetician.
- Experience preferred but training available.
- Strong knowledge and skill of nail and beauty services.
- Actively keeping up with trends in the nail industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Adhere to company standards, including personal hygiene and appearance.
- Can reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
- Positive attitude and enjoys working in a team environment.
- Understanding of sanitation and sterilization standards.
- Experience in providing excellent customer service.
