We are looking for a licensed Nail Technician to join our salon staff. You must be comfortable performing manicures and pedicures, as well as various artificial nail techniques, including acrylics and gel. Communication skills are essential, as we want to make sure every customer has a pleasant experience. All applicants need to have a certificate from a nail technician or cosmetology program as well as a state cosmetology license.
Prior professional experience in a nail salon is a plus.
Nail Technician Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet clients and discuss the services they want
Give pedicures and manicures
Apply and paint artificial nails
Disinfect all tools and surfaces between clients
Maintain a clean working environment
Nail Technician Requirements and Qualifications:
Certificate from a nail technician or cosmetology program
State license in cosmetology
Strong communication and customer service skills
Technical abilities with a variety of nail techniques
Experience in a salon or day spa environment
