Job Description
We are seeking a talented and professional Nail Technician to provide our clients with impeccable service while building a loyal personal following. To excel in this position, you should be artistic, self-motivated, and highly customer service-oriented. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality manicures, pedicures, and specialized nail treatments in a serene, luxury spa setting.
Requirements
- Licensure: Must hold a current Louisiana State Board of Cosmetology license (Nail Technician or Cosmetologist).
- Expertise: Proficiency in performing standard manicures, pedicures, gel polishes, and specialized spa nail treatments. Knowledge of current trends and nail art is a plus.
- Compliance: Must adhere to all state and local licensing laws and regulations, including strict sanitation and sterilization protocols.
- Professionalism: Reliable, punctual for all scheduled services, and maintains a clean, organized workstation.
- Salesmanship: Ability to recommend and sell professional retail products to clients based on their specific needs and the services rendered.
- Schedule: Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends based on client bookings.
