Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. We are a station rental salon. Rent is $675 per month for any days/times.
Included in rent is Full time any time access, Free wifi, client refreshments, continued education, towels, capes, social Media advertising, salon website, free parking for you and your guests and more!
As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. Your expertise in various styling techniques and commitment to customer service will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable salon experience.
Responsibilities
Perform hair cutting, coloring, and styling services according to client preferences and current trends.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable services or products.
Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and increase salon revenue.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Assist with front desk duties as needed, including greeting clients and cleaning.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in hair care.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license required.
Proficiency in hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques; knowledge of color theory is preferred.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to upsell products and services while providing excellent customer service.
A positive attitude, creativity, and a passion for the beauty industry are essential.
