Salary Range: $50.00 – $55.00 Commission
Primary
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide professional manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, and polish application.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Greet members warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout each visit.
- Assess member needs and recommend appropriate nail care treatments or products.
- Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and products.
- Follow scheduling, time management, and service protocols to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support the overall member experience by maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

- Punctuality and dependability.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to all club policies, procedures and rules contained in The Westmoor Club Employee Handbook.
- Ability to maintain professional relationships with all clients.
Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of service and hospitality.
- Requires excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to speak and understand English.
Minimum Education /Prior Experience/Qualifications Required
- Must hold current Massachusetts License.
- Prior club spa experience a plus.
Standard Club Requirements
Employees are expected to present a clean and neat appearance while on the job. Clothing is to be kept clean and pressed. Personal cleanliness is expected, including wearing deodorant, bathing and oral hygiene. Excessive make-up and jewelry is not permitted. Employees are expected to arrive to work on time and leave personal belongings at home or in a locker. Employees should conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner when dealing with members, management and other staff.
