Job Description
The Grapeseed Spa at South Coast Winery is seeking an on-call Nail Tech.
Essential
Duties
:
Participates in opening/closing duties as outlined in spa procedures manual.
Arrives to shift on time and maintains satisfactory attendance.
Meets, greets, and responds to all guests in a professional, courteous, and tranquil manner.
Follows dress code requirements at all times.
Understands and uses computer system to manage schedule.
Interacts with fellow employees in a courteous and professional manner.
Willingness to perform duties as assigned by supervisors.
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
Maintains guest service/commission records.
Informs guests of other services, amenities, and areas of interest on the resort.
Ability to perform guest services at the highest level.
