Role Description
We are seeking a full-time National Sales Director to join our team on-site in Montreal, QC. The National Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and mentoring the sales team, overseeing market planning, handling key accounts, and driving sales growth. The candidate will also play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s customer base and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Qualifications
Must have experience in the Promotional Products and Apparel Industry with a client base generating a minimum of $750,000 in sales
Must be bilingual
Must work on-site in Montreal, QC
Experience in Team Management and mentoring
Strong skills in Market Planning and strategic implementation
Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
