Responsibilities:
– Provide hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling
– Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries
– Upsell salon products and services to clients
– Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on hair styling techniques
Skills:
– Proficient in retail math for handling transactions and calculating discounts or commissions
– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
– Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
– Mentoring skills to stylists in their professional development.
– Proficiency in hair threading and eyelash extension techniques
– Sales skills to promote and sell retail products
Note: A valid cosmetology license is required for this position.
