Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing sales and profitability.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and supervise all store employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling
– Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee development
– Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
– Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock replenishment
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment
– Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
– Oversee cash register operations, including opening and closing procedures
– Manage payroll and track employee hours
– Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in retail management or as an assistant manager is required
– Strong organizational and leadership skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in basic math calculations
– Ability to negotiate with vendors and suppliers
– Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations
– Multilingual abilities are a plus
