About DM Fashion
DM Fashion is a clothing boutique dedicated to creating and selling high quality and modest clothing and swimwear. Here at DM Fashion we sell both exclusive designs as well as other boutique brands. We offer modest clothing choices, great customer service, and a welcoming shopping environment. Having been created by a mother and her daughters, we are a company based around family and family values. We believe all women are beautiful inside and out and have created a space for all women to feel beautiful, confident, and strong.
About the role
The main purpose of this role is to be a leader, problem solver and critical thinker. You would be reporting to our owner and working out solutions with her. This job is what keeps in store sales going and helps the company run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Creating the work schedule
Helping to solve problems that arise at the store fronts
Customer support emails and the corresponding spreadsheets and hiring for this position as the company grows and hiring for our live chats
Working with employees to assure they are trained, working hard, and have what they need
Make sure that both locations are stocked
Review sales and profit and loss figures
Suggest new operational strategies to improve store’s performance and productivity
Create an healthy and enjoyable work environment
Prepare new clothing launches
Create product pages for new collections
Update and clean up website
Prepare clothing for reels and photo shoots
Hiring new employees
Coordinating projects with our social media manager

Hours: Mon-Fri 10:00am-6:00pm
Candidate Requirements:
Customer service experience
Experience in manager responsibilities
Some college education or higher
Detail oriented
Strong work ethic
Good people skills
Excels at problem solving
Well organized
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets preferred
Knowledge of Shopify preferred but not required
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop preferred but not required
Graphic design experience preferred but not required.
