Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the office management and Provide admin support to the company employees.
Maintain ongoing office operations and procedures such as equipment, supplies, food & cleaning.
Be responsible for various administrative tasks related to operations, logistics, and facilities, such as cars, parking, shipments and deliveries, travel, and more.
Support the HR department: welfare activities, gifts, happy hours, assisting with HR processes such as new hires onboarding, offboarding, etc.
Point of contact for office vendors and service providers.
Help manage all aspects of office life so employees will enjoy a great daily experience in their workplace.
Provide general assistance to visiting guests
Assist the finance department with administrative tasks as needed.
Support the management team with management of their schedules and communications.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role (e.g., office manager, office administrator) in a high-tech company
Fluency in both spoken and written Hebrew and English
Strong organizational management and planning skills
Demonstrated ability to switch among multiple tasks over the course of a single day, and to keep track of multiple concurrent assignments while completing them in a timely fashion
