We are looking for an engaged and passionate OmnichannelClient Service Internship to join our Client Service team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Control of the operativity of the regional Client Service;
Reporting;
Creation and maintenance of the bug ticketing;
Update of the Client Service procedures following the general guidelines;
From an ECommerce wise ordinary maintenance of the: FAQ, Templates @ procedures, CS contact info on .com/APP/NL/Delivery Notes/ecc, Ecom & CS tools UAT.
REQUIREMENTS:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
Strong passion for fashion and omnichannel solutions;
Ability to achieve results through influence and problem solving, handling difficult and high-pressure situations;
English fluency in speech and writing;
Mastery of another language would be a plus.
