Our Online Flash Sales feature dozens of new brands every week, across multiple industries (Fashion, Beauty, W&J, Home, Tech…). As part of our Online Account coordinators, you will oversee your own set of brands on a weekly basis: from stock review and selection, pricing recommendation, graphic design, set-up optimization to sales analysis and activation strategy, we will trust and guide you through maximizing your brands’ performance.
While a supporting team will do the set-up on the back end, you will be in direct communication with our brand partners and logistic providers, to strategize and coordinate a smooth A-Z execution of your brands’ flash sales.
Your contribution has direct impact on our Members’ online shopping experience and decision to buy, and therefore not only on the satisfaction of our brand partners but also on the number of products we will save from destruction or landfills!
What We Will Trust You With
Make product selection and pricing recommendation on your assigned brands and collect relevant material for brand page set-up.
Coordinate stock transfers between the brands’ warehouses and ours, following different logistic models (consignment, post-sale or direct delivery) and ensuring accurate inventory before and throughout the sale (upon replenishment).
Challenge your brands on the level of information provided to support our members’ purchasing decision (number of photos, amount of information provided, filtering options…) and maximise the conversion rate.
Optimize the website layout and product sorting based on brands’ strategy, customer insights and overall OnTheList online strategy.
Create and design imagery (key visuals, banners, etc.) to maximise the click-through on your brand pages.
Identify opportunities and seek new initiatives to maximize sales (product bundle offers, improvements to navigation, site search and filtering to improve ease of product discovery)
Ensure cross-channel consistency with external actors, from brand partners to the offline operations team and marketing team.
Work closely with the Customer Service team to rectify any product or delivery issues and ensure excellent customer service.
Contribute to creative ideas that support and generate excitement around each online flash sale to increase visitation.
What It Takes
1+ year(s) of experience in e-commerce role (excluding internship)
Experience in Shopify website set-up is a must, including product listing optimization
Excellent Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot tables and back-office skills are a must
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with varying deadlines and constraints
Good knowledge of design tools (Canva) and aesthetic sense is a plus
Some experience of supply chain or operations is a plus
Responsible, well-organized and attention to details
Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English
